Job summary

Austin Commercial, a leading construction firm, is seeking a Regional Project Manager (Project Executive) for its Aviation Division. This role directs day-to-day field operations, leads safety and scheduling, and collaborates with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver complex airfield and terminal projects.

You will also drive business development, review budgets and change orders, and mentor project personnel across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or relevant discipline strongly preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• 15+ years of combined project management and field operations experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training completed or obtainable within first year.
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Industry leading subject matter expert.
• Strong relationship-building with project teams, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Align operations with company vision and goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations for assigned projects.
• Lead safety, planning, scheduling, and quality on multiple sites.
• Review cost estimates and manage change orders with owners.
• Coordinate risk management and insurance requirements with teams.
• Develop new work prospects and participate in business development.
• Mentor project personnel and manage staffing across projects.
