Job summary

Austin Commercial is seeking a Regional Project Manager (Project Executive) for our Aviation Division. This role leads day-to-day field operations and is responsible for safety, scheduling, cost, and quality on complex projects.

You will drive performance and coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in project management and field operations, a strong leadership track record, and the ability to negotiate and align

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in project management and field operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (completion or within first year).
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and build strong teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable business deals and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned projects and ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Review progress with owners, design teams, project managers, and superintendents.
• Manage subcontractor performance, buyouts, and change orders to protect schedule and budget.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, engineers, suppliers, and partners to win new work.
