You will troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks, motor drives, robotics work cells, mentor onsite engineers, and travel up to 80% to support sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent, or 4+ years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 4+ years of PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis experience.
• 4+ years of robotics work cells and control systems experience.
• Travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot material handling control systems (PLC/PC controllers, networks, drives, distributions).
• Provide SME troubleshooting for regional onsite automation engineers to investigate root causes and actions.
• Offer technical guidance for collaboration projects with other Amazon teams and major network support requests.
• Provide escalation support during/after hours to ensure timely repair of hardware and controls software.
