Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is hiring a Regional Engineering Manager- Controls to lead the Controls Team across manufacturing and packaging systems in multiple U.S. locations.

You will develop control concepts, program designs, instrumentation selection and operator interfaces while directing modification and installation of electrical and control systems. 20–50% travel is required to meet project demands and deliver a competitive advantage for Mars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 8-12 years in a comparable technical position (food, beverage, pharma or related).
• Strong understanding of engineering principals in Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services.
• Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills and ability to travel 20-50% as project demands.
