Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering).
• 8-12 years' experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable.
• Basic understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services.
• In-depth understanding of functional engineering area of expertise.
• Team skills - high-performance team experience.
• Good communication, listening and influencing skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Innovative thinking.
• Able to work collaboratively with other groups.
• 20-50% travel requirement depending on project demands.
