Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Strong closing skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfort with high activity levels, including cold-calling.
• Proficient with common productivity tools (Outlook, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience using social networking tools for sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Engage, present and close new business sales via phone and on-site meetings with automotive dealership management.
• Manage and maintain the velocity of all deals through the pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
• Work closely with team members in a sales Pod structure to exceed targets.
• Timely communication of customer questions or needs to appropriate company resources and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and support team members in an open and encouraging environment.
• Document all activities and forecast business diligently within SalesForce CRM.
• Maintain close contact with clients to ensure minimal attrition.
