Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Direct Auto Area Sales Manager to oversee the auto loan dealer network in a major metropolitan region. You will drive growth by expanding partnerships, improving direct auto lending, and ensuring productive vendor relations.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while guiding dealer servicing and retention.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field.
• Ability to be effective in product / service presentation, negotiation and final closings.
• Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision, self-starter.
• Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention.

Responsibilities

• Inquiring, signing, and setting up new direct auto dealers
• Manage and maintain dealer relationships
• Responsible for the training of dealer personnel
• Responsible for updating senior leaders on industry trends
• Responsible for addressing dealer service issues
• Other duties as assigned
