Job summary

Empire Auto Parts is a leading aftermarket collision parts provider seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow revenue with collision repair shops in the assigned region. You will identify prospective customers and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager, you will penetrate accounts via phone, email and on-site visits, ensure timely delivery of parts, monitor satisfaction, and address issues to prevent churn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Knowledge of automobiles, parts and functionality is desired.
• Sales experience with smaller/startup companies preferred.
• Multilingual skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue objectives for assigned territory/account base.
• Penetrate accounts with a structured contact strategy via phone, email and on-site visits.
• Identify new opportunities through research, referrals and market visits.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address declines or churn promptly.
• Ensure sold customers receive proper products and services on time and collaborate to resolve issues.
• Maintain and report on sales performance, forecasts and market conditions.
