Job summary

Demant is seeking a Regional Audiologist to work closely with Account Managers, Inside Sales and Territory Trainer. You will proactively call customers, provide remote fitting support, and deliver Genie software trainings with CEUs to drive Oticon product adoption.

Responsibilities include outbound outreach, documentation in Salesforce, staff training, and participation in national events. Some travel is required while you build strong, long-term relationships with independent and pediatric

Qualifications

• Experience in hearing health care or dispensing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outbound telephone support for new and existing accounts with a target of 15 calls/day.
• Offer virtual trainings including CEUs to support Oticon products and Genie software.
• Promote products post training and ensure availability for patient fittings.
• Document activities in Salesforce and communicate with Account Managers and Inside Sales.
• Train new staff on software, accessories, and programming devices.
• Attend team meetings and events; support sales operations with data and follow-up.
• Maintain positive Oticon experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Travel as needed and manage schedule via CRM daily.
