Job summary

Staffing Proxy is recruiting a licensed Audiologist for a fully remote role with multi-state licensure preferred. The position emphasizes tele-audiology, patient-centered care, and collaboration with support, product, and development teams.

Ideal candidates hold Au.D. with active state licensure and at least 1 year of clinical experience, plus telehealth exposure. Remote work is supported nationwide with standard business hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent
• Active Audiologist license in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Audiologist
• Previous telehealth or tele-audiology experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient support via phone, email, and SMS
• Perform asynchronous hearing aid programming and adjustments
• Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot device performance and connectivity issues
• Assist patients with Bluetooth pairing and use of the ELEHEAR mobile app
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience and product performance
• Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience across a wide range of technical comfort levels and age groups
