Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to govern MEP asset data across a regional portfolio in the Global Integrated Account. You will embed asset data processes in regional engineering operations and drive adoption of CBRE asset tools by engineers and vendors to support capital planning and compliance reporting.

You will manage data quality, governance, and reporting across CMMS, Power BI dashboards, and the data lake, collaborating with client stakeholders and site teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, facilities management, or asset management.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and data quality improvement programs.
• Knowledge of data standards and asset information governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional MEP asset register as single source of truth in CDE and CMMS/SharePoint.
• Develop regional asset maturity scorecards by country/site tier to guide remediation.
• Drive adoption of asset management tools with engineering teams and T1Vs.
• Support regional capital planning with asset condition and maintenance history data.
• Produce asset data quality reports for regional leads.
