Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a CMMS Engineer to own and optimize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workflow in our data center region.

You will design, deploy, and operate CMMS modules, manage asset data, maintenance schedules, and reporting, while collaborating with data center teams and globals teams. This hands-on role includes training sessions, process improvements, and occasional travel to launch new locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMMS experience
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years facilities management experience
• Detail-oriented, comfortable walking large facilities, and precise with data entry.

Responsibilities

• The CMMS Engineer will be responsible for setup and maintaining site asset data through Hexagon EAM.
• The engineer will work within the data centers to ensure that asset details are captured to match the digital record.
• They will work with corresponding teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application.
• The engineer will proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct any anomalies, while continuously looking for ways to automate and enhance processes.
