Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to improve restaurant operations across up to four locations.
• Work with General Managers to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards and ROIP targets.
• Analyze sales trends and implement programs to capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Complete monthly cash and security audits and enforce safety policies.
• Conduct biannual performance reviews with General Managers and managers/crew.
• Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams.
