Job summary

Qualifications
- MinimumQualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's in Business/Logistics, or equivalent Walmart management experience.
- Walmart refurbishment/service shop or logistics management experience is acceptable.
- Industrial technical certification (ASE, DOT) plus supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
- Monitor and analyze business reports to manage productivity.
- Maintain quality and safety standards; train associates on policies.
- Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders; coach and evaluate performance.
- Manage shop operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee expenses, asset utilization, and budgeting.
