Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead the overall operations and compliance of multiple stores within the Midlothian region. This role emphasizes guiding store managers, driving customer-centric culture, and delivering sales growth.

The position requires active presence in stores, strategic oversight, and willingness to travel across the area. Applicants should have 8+ years in multi-unit retail, 3-5 years of P&L oversight, and a BS/BA degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years combined experience managing a single store or multi-unit retail operation.
• Minimum 3-5 years oversight of a P&L for a store or area/district.
• BS/BA Degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must reside in assigned area, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of multiple Store Managers and their locations.
• Set business plan and manage the P&L for assigned Area.
• Drive B2B business within the area and train Store Managers on related duties.
• Ensure stores follow compliance and safety policies and procedures.
• Visit each store regularly and attend region meetings as required by the Region Manager.
