Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region.
  • Oversee safety protocols, compliance with environmental regulations, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor and optimize material processing operations to meet production targets while maintaining quality.
  • Manage the financial performance of the facilities in the region, including budget development and cost-control measures.
  • Build, develop, and lead a team of facility managers, operators, and support staff.
  • Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a reliable flow of materials, parts, and services.
  • Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices within the facilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Generate and present periodic reports on facility performance, operational metrics, and budgetary status to senior management.

Material Processing Facility Regional Leader

Reworld seeks a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee operations and performance of material processing facilities within a specified region. The role ensures efficient and compliant processing of materials, safety of employees, and achievement of production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Safety and Compliance: Oversee safety protocols, compliance with environmental regulations, and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Production Management: Monitor and optimize material processing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and cost‑effective processes.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the facilities in the region, including budget development and cost‑control measures.
  • Team Management: Build, develop, and lead a team of facility managers, operators, and support staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a reliable flow of materials, parts, and services required for facility operations.
  • Environmental Responsibility: Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices within the facilities.

Pay Transparency
