H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a best-in-class client experience and operational excellence. You’ll lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and align priorities to drive client outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead staff by setting clear expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and results.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, labor management, and compliance.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, and readiness across offices.
