Job summary

PACS Senior Living is seeking an AR Resource to support our Southwest region across 10 communities in California, Arizona, Nevada and Missouri. This full-time role is based remotely in Arizona with regional travel up to 30%.

You will manage accounts receivable processes, supervise billing operations, train local Office Managers, and ensure timely, compliant statements. Experience with PointCickCare and healthcare billing is preferred; 2-year business degree and 3+ years in assisted living

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in business field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Assisted Living and/or Independent Living billing.
• 1+ experience with PointCickCare (facility and management console level).

Responsibilities

• Meet in person and virtual with AR teams regularly to address questions and issues.
• Ensure statements are accurately and timely generated based on industry standards.
• Manage performance outcomes by planning, monitoring, evaluating, and improving accounts receivable.
• Oversee the collection process to improve payment timeliness and reduce receivables.
• Maintain working knowledge of payer contracts and ensure billing complies with provisions.
• Supervise billing system use and stay current with upgrades and enhancements.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and organization information through controls.
• Assist local leaders in recruiting and training billing team members.
• Monitor compliance of resident trust accounts and summarize AR reports for management.

As a member of the regional team, the AR Resource will serve our 10 communities in California (4), Arizona (3), Nevada (2), and Missouri (1).These senior living communities are comprised of both assisted living and memory care residences. A candidate who is familiar with AR processes within our industry and can also be available to travel throughout the region to train and support will be successful. When not traveling, the AR Resource will be available to support remotely. **Qualification*** Education and/or Experience* 2-year degree in business field (preferred).* 3+ years of experience in Assisted Living and/or Independent Living billing* 1+ experience with PointCickCare (facility and management console level).
