Job summary

SFCC Santa Fe Community College seeks a TERM APRENDE Program Manager to lead apprenticeship program operations in New Mexico. The role focuses on recruiting employers and students, building community partnerships, and aligning program activities with state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Three years of related experience in program management, non-profits, workforce development or early childhood.
  • Equivalent related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Master's degree preferred in early childhood education or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing data to build program reports.
  • Participating in program evaluation and continuous quality improvement.
  • Managing the recruitment and enrollment of apprentices.
  • Managing the apprenticeship software (ApprentiScope) and supporting stakeholders with their access.
  • Building and managing external employer partnerships.
  • Understanding and following federal and state apprenticeship regulations.
  • Working collaboratively with other ECCOE staff to integrate programs.
  • Attaining and maintaining certification related to quality assessment tools.
  • Providing training, technical assistance, and mentoring.
  • Working with stakeholders on EC workforce development.
