Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) in New Mexico is seeking a TERM APRENDE Program Manager to lead the early childhood teacher apprenticeship program operations in the region. Responsibilities include recruiting employers and students, developing community partnerships, coordinating supervision and program alignment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience, preferably a Master’s in a related field, and bilingual English/Spanish.
Salary Grade: CS119
Minimum starting salary $58,870.
Final Offer will be based on relevant experience, education and other applicable factors.

The TERM APRENDE Program Manager manages the early childhood teacher apprenticeship program operations and administration in their respective region. This position will be responsible for recruiting employers and students to support the early childhood workforce in New Mexico. In addition to recruitment, this position will develop community partnerships and will work closely with students and faculty on supervision and program alignment. The TERM APRENDE Program Manager understands the needs of the early childhood workforce and the regulations associated with registered apprenticeships. They will work closely with state and community partners to ensure program sustainability and support. This includes providing training and assessment for participants. Must be committed to working with a diverse community.
