Qualifications

• Equivalent related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Preferred: Master's degree in early childhood education or related field; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the teacher apprenticeship program in the region, including data collection and reporting.
• Recruit employers and students to support the early childhood workforce.
• Develop community partnerships and coordinate training, supervision, and CQI efforts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal apprenticeship regulations.
