Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as Keller Regional Animal Control Officer or similar.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local/state animal control ordinances and CALEA/TPCAF standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise animal control officers on shift and ensure coverage.
• Approve time-off and vacation requests to maintain operations.
• Oversee shelter operations, animal intake, and impoundments.
• Coordinate with Humane Society of North Texas for adoptions.
• Maintain compliance with CALEA and TPCAF accreditation programs.
