Brown University is seeking a Regional and Generational Programs Coordinator to support its Alumni Relations engagement strategy across class/generational and regional affinities. You will facilitate events, elections, and communications while coordinating with Finance and Operations on program finances.
You will recruit volunteer leaders, design programming, and work with the Associate Director to support leadership groups, with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

The Regional & Generational Programs Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Alumni Relations team’s comprehensive engagement strategy, specifically regarding class/generational and club/regional affinities. This position facilitates events, elections, and communications, and coordinates with the Alumni Relations Finance and Operations team on regional and generational program-related financial processes (class dues, club funding, etc.). The Coordinator also recruits and manages committees of volunteer leaders for assigned cohorts, and designs/delivers programming for these program areas. In addition, the Coordinator works with the Associate Director to ensure that club- and class-related leadership groups are supported and stewarded appropriately.
