Job summary

The Customer Technical Manager (CTM) at Gulfstream Savannah serves as the primary regional technical liaison between Gulfstream Customer Support and operators. They deliver timely technical solutions for AOG and non‑AOG events worldwide, coordinating across Gulfstream and partner teams to maintain aircraft availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, aviation maintenance or engineering tech is required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance or operations experience.
• 3 years maintenance/operations with Gulfstream models (GV/G550/G450, GIV, GII/GIII, G100, G200).
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• A&P license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to Gulfstream fleet aircraft maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for complex support events.
• Lead or participate in regional calls, clinics and customer visits.
