Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Experience leading large-scale process improvements in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong governance and KPI-driven performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own regional governance for Air Freight processes across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Translate global standards into a regional roadmap with clear governance routines.
• Lead hands-on process discovery, Gemba walks, A3 problem solving, testing, and stabilization.
• Establish KPI-driven performance management with data-backed insights.
• Guide TMS, technology, automation, and AI-enabled process integration across regions.
• Oversee operational compliance including TSA screening and quality controls.
• Lead 4–5 direct reports and align branches with Global Service Center.
