Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Business Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean, or process engineering.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain with air freight knowledge.
• Proven track record in governance and end-to-end process design.
• Ability to lead large-scale change implementations from design to stabilization.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Own regional governance for Air Freight processes, controls, and standards across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Translate global standards into a regional roadmap with local relevance and governance routines.
• Lead hands-on process discovery, mapping, and testing across gateways and branches.
• Establish KPI-driven performance management and link metrics to outcomes.
• Guide integration of TMS, technology, automation, and AI-enabled processes.
• Oversee compliance and TSA/K9 quality controls and specialized business requirements.
• Lead a team of ~4–5 direct reports and align branches with the Global Service Center.
