Job summary

North Dakota Ag Connection is seeking a Regional Agronomy Manager to develop and grow its business across Northwest Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota while operating from a home office.

You will manage sales of seed, soil, and plant nutrition products, build relationships with growers and retailers, and deliver education and proposals to drive ROI. Travel 30–40% is required, with occasional evening events.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Agriculture or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of agricultural sales and/or agronomy experience.
• Strong crop production, agronomy, and plant nutrition knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; valid driver's license; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales of seed, soil, and crop nutrition products throughout territory.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Grow and maintain existing customer accounts; build retailer/grower relationships.
• Provide product education, training, and support to customers.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings; present proposals.
