Job summary

Chubb seeks an Agribusiness Specialist to recruit qualified agents for Farm, Ranch and Commercial Agribusiness across NE, KS, ND, SD. You will build broker partnerships, analyze territory opportunities, and work with underwriting to gather necessary information while promoting Chubb Agribusiness products.

This role leads to coordinated marketing efforts and may involve speaking at agricultural meetings and collaborative campaigns to grow market share in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and recommend appointment of qualified agents for Farm and Ranch & Commercial Agribusiness.
• Facilitate broker meetings and promote Chubb Agribusiness products; partner with brokers and underwriting to obtain pertinent underwriting information; provide exceptional customer service to our brokers that promotes the partnership and growth.
• Conduct territorial analysis that identifies market share opportunity-based target markets and broker distribution; implements business plan based on objectives set forth with brokers and submits to Agri Business manager for approval; conducts monthly broker meetings to assess where they are to plan vs actual.
• Establish effective working partnership within agribusiness group as well as within the Chubb organization; may coordinate and speak at Agricultural meetings.
• Work within Chubb Agribusiness to develop and implement approved advertising and marketing campaigns with key brokers; Agribusiness Specialist will also be asked to work on project for assigned territory as necessary
