You will recruit and recommend qualified agents for Farm and Ranch and Commercial Agribusiness, and promote Chubb Agribusiness products to brokers. You will facilitate broker meetings, gather underwriting information, and provide exceptional customer service to brokers to grow the partnership.

• Recruit and appoint qualified agents for Farm & Ranch and Commercial Agribusiness.
• Promote Chubb Agribusiness products to brokers and coordinate with underwriting.
• Analyze territory to identify market opportunities and report to Agri Business manager.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and appoint qualified agents for Farm and Ranch & Commercial Agribusiness.
• Facilitate broker meetings and promote Chubb Agribusiness products and services. Partner with brokers and underwriting team to obtain pertinent underwriting information.
• Conduct territorial analysis to identify market share opportunity-based target markets and broker distribution.
• Establish effective partnerships within the agribusiness group and within Chubb.
• Develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns with key brokers for the assigned territory.
