Job summary

Locus Agriculture, a division of Locus Fermentation Solutions, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Pacific Northwest and neighboring states. You will manage strategic accounts, deliver agronomy-based solutions, and build long-term partnerships with growers and distributors.

The role requires field-based customer engagement, hands-on product demonstrations, and frequent travel to farms and sites, with a base salary in the $100k–$150k range plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural, chemical, biological or related field.
• Current CCA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven success in an Ag Sales or Account Management position preferred.
• Strong understanding of regional row crop market; agronomic knowledge of other crops preferred.
• Ability to travel including overnight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for product and service inquiries; understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers at key accounts for long-term partnerships.
• Provide agronomy insights to decision-makers and integrate product offerings into grower programs.
• Collaborate across departments to anticipate obstacles and improve processes.
