Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Property Supervisor to oversee our Affordable Housing portfolio across Los Angeles and surrounding areas, reporting to the Long Beach area office.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, resident outcomes, and budget oversight, with a hybrid work model and significant interaction with property owners and managers. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PSH/Affordable Housing management, strong leadership, and proficiency in Yardi

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing PSH and/or Affordable Housing portfolios.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong leasing judgment and decision-making.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, synthesizing multiple perspectives.
• Experience managing, scheduling, and inspecting apartment maintenance, property marketing, and property insurance activities.
• Strong supervisory, personnel management, and team-development skills.
• Takes action with appropriate urgency, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Walk the properties assigned.
• Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.
• Main point of contact for property owners and property managers.
• Supervise a portfolio of multi-family Affordable Housing properties in LA and surrounding areas.
• Assist in development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.
• Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials.
• Maintain physical asset and performance of assigned properties.
• Directly supervise employees to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, timesheets.
• Oversee annual and ongoing income certifications, compliance deadlines, and program requirements.
• Make hiring decisions to ensure employees are in the right seat.
• Assess property needs by evaluating staff performance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
