ATHX Games Limited is expanding its North America presence and seeking a Regional Community & Affiliate Manager. You will drive gym partnerships, activate markets, and build a scalable affiliate network across the US and Canada.

A strong emphasis on in-market activation and relationship-building with gym owners is essential. The role is home-based with regular travel, phased to grow from activation to affiliate sales, and offers a competitive base salary plus a heavily commission-based

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B or field sales, preferably in fitness/events.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in high-volume environments.
• Experience in coaching, community building or event activation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive awareness of ATHX Games in gyms in host cities.
• Sign affiliate gyms and manage onboarding.
• Plan and run city activation activities and simulations.
• Identify and approach potential affiliate gyms and close contracts.
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline and report KPIs.
