Job summary

DePaul Community Resources is seeking a full-time Regional Coordinator to lead post-adoption services for the Western and Piedmont regions of Virginia, overseeing multiple offices including Roanoke. The role focuses on supervision, staff development, and fostering collaborative community partnerships to support adoptive families.

The Regional Coordinator will guide regional supervisors, manage grant targets, ensure program integrity, and report outcomes to funders, while promoting best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field with five years of case management experience with children/families.
• Supervisory experience is preferred for this regional leadership role.
• Strong ability to supervise, train, and support regional staff and ensure grant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adoption specialists through supervision and file review to ensure policy and grant compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding/training for staff and support professional growth and competency.
• Develop and sustain regional consortiums to strengthen support for adoptive families and coordinate stakeholders.
• Complete grant performance surveys, analyses, and reports to meet funding requirements and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Adoption, regional supervisors, and partners to optimize services, outcomes, and fiscal stewardship.
