Apploi is seeking an Admissions Concierge in Chicago, IL to oversee the full admissions cycle across health centers, from pre-admission to discharge. You will ensure patient satisfaction, communicate needs to leadership, and collaborate with the Transition Advisor and teams to deliver seamless admissions.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent patient service and communication.
• Ability to coordinate admissions across multiple health centers.
• Travel between centers within assigned coverage territory.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all admissions from pre-admission to discharge at health centers.
• Manage admissions contracts, PASARRs and CHIRPs.
• Conduct first 24-hour rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and report to center leadership.
• Collaborate with Transition Advisor and health center team to ensure smooth admissions.
