Apploi is seeking an Admissions Concierge to oversee the full admissions process across health centers, from pre-admission to discharge. You will handle admissions contracts, PASARRs and CHIRPs, and ensure a smooth intake experience for patients.

The role involves daily patient rounds within the first 24 hours and close collaboration with the Transition Advisor to tailor room readiness and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions from pre-admission to discharge, including admissions contracts, PASARRs and CHIRPs.
• Perform customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of patient stay to ensure satisfaction and report findings to center leadership.
• Collaborate with the Transition Advisor and health center team to ensure seamless admissions and communicate patient needs and room readiness.
• Mobilize between centers within the assigned coverage territory.
