Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Regional Administrator LA & Orange County to oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s), mentor other administrators, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality assurance initiatives. The role collaborates with corporate departments, regulators, and outside consultants and may stabilize or lead programs during transitions.

Travel across the region is required, and on-call rotations are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services and CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Psy.D.)
• Six years in an administrative management role in health care
• Two years as Telecare Program Administrator
• Two years supervising staff, budgeting, planning, licensing
• Knowledge of community mental health, rehab concepts, recovery philosophy
• Willingness to travel extensively and drive within region
• Must be 21+ and CPR/First Aid/CPI certified at start
• Post-offer checks including medical, background, license verification

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs and ensure compliance
• Mentor other regional Administrators and collaborate with corporate teams
• Lead QA/PI initiatives and coordinate with regulators and consultants
• Travel to different program locations as needed and participate in on-call rotations
