Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Regional Administrator LA & Orange County to oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s), mentor other administrators, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality assurance initiatives. The role collaborates with corporate departments, regulators, and outside consultants and may stabilize or lead programs during transitions.

Travel across the region is required, and on-call rotations are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services and CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Psy.D.)
• Six years in an administrative management role in health care
• Two years as Telecare Program Administrator
• Two years supervising staff, budgeting, planning, licensing
• Knowledge of community mental health, rehab concepts, recovery philosophy
• Willingness to travel extensively and drive within region
• Must be 21+ and CPR/First Aid/CPI certified at start
• Post-offer checks including medical, background, license verification

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Regional Administrator is a senior level Administrator who manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s), and acts as a mentor to other Administrators in the region. The management of the program/facility involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing Quality Assurance Performance Improvements. Additionally, the Regional Administrator collaborates with all Corporate departments, community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants. This position may be assigned to stabilize, support, or lead programs experiencing leadership transitions, operational challenges, or growth initiatives. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Employees in this role must be willing to travel throughout the region and work at different program locations as needed.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; varies as needed | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $136,906.57 - $169,119.80. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Master's degree in social services or related field and CA licensure as required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D.) throughout employment
• Six (6) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting
• Two (2) of the six years must be as a Telecare Program Administrator
• Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
• Knowledge of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned region, including driving to support Program
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post- offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
