Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Little Rock is seeking a Regional Administrative Team Specialist to support Therapy Admin across central Arkansas. The role coordinates daily operations, assists site staff, manages scheduling, and maintains a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with scheduling software experience and willingness to travel to Conway, North Little Rock, Cabot, Bryant, and Sherwood as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned site to support administrative team as needed.
• Provide front desk coverage and excellent customer service.
• Greet families and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Manage scheduling for ABA services and classroom coverage.
• Process paperwork between site and central admin team as manuals describe.
• Prepare onboarding materials for new clients and manage enrollment paperwork.
• Coordinate transportation forms and related documentation.
• Oversee daily site operations and maintain a positive work environment.
