Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Regional Account Manager in California to drive regional revenue growth by expanding relationships and identifying new alliances. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and requires building a robust pipeline, coordinating with agencies and local meeting planners, and recovering lost business with a disciplined, data-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality/AV sales, experience managing key accounts, and familiarity with MICE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration, Tourism, Marketing, Communication, Business or similar.
• 3 to 5 years in commercial roles within hospitality, events, audiovisual, or strategic B2B relationships.
• Experience managing key accounts.
• MICE industry and business processes within hotels.
• Audiovisual solutions and production (desirable).
• Basic financial analysis and sales projections.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into off-site opportunities and develop regional pipeline.
• Develop and manage new accounts, strategic alliances, agency contracts and local meeting planners.
• Recover lost business as a recurring initiative.
