Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities across regional entities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and AIR accounting policies.
• Lead and mentor a GAAP accounting team of 3–7 professionals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
• Partner with FP&A and Operations teams for financial analysis.
