Job summary

AIR Control Concepts is seeking a Regional Senior Accountant to lead GAAP accounting for a multi-entity region, with a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This hands-on role reports to the Regional Accounting Manager and supports month-end close, intercompany activity, and regional reporting.

Qualified candidates have 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong ERP skills (Oracle/NetSuite), with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Support consolidation and regional reporting packages.
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A, AR, AP, and Sales teams as needed.
