Job summary

Air Control Concepts seeks a Regional Accounting Manager to lead GAAP accounting across a regional group of entities. You will oversee the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities include mentoring a 3–7 person team, ensuring compliance with AIR policies, and coordinating with RFC/Corporate Accounting on complex transactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control practices.
• 6–8 years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in management.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GAAP accounting across regional entities and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.
• Mentor and develop a 3–7 person accounting team.
