Marvin is seeking a Regional Controller to lead the general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting for off-site locations, partnering with site leadership on budget and risk management.

You will drive GAAP-compliant processes, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate on cost optimization, ERP systems, and enterprise transformations while supporting audits and statutory reporting.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading teams and managing close processes.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and with auditors.
• Experience with ERP systems and record-to-report processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the monthly close process for off-site financials in a timely, accurate manner.
• Oversee policies, internal controls, and documentation.
• Develop strategies to improve controllership efficiencies.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate on cost optimization and growth initiatives.
• Support financial reporting and audit processes with Corporate Controller.
• Assist in the off-site location transitions and enterprise projects.
