Job summary

AIR Control Concepts is seeking a Regional Financial Controller for the Northeast. Hybrid work in Philadelphia, PA / West Chester, PA with some travel. Manage end-to-end regional accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate close, strong internal controls, and insightful reporting.

The role partners with FP&A and Operations to drive margin improvement, working capital efficiency, and cash flow while leading a growing accounting team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in management or supervisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control best practices.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting functions across regions.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial statements.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accounting activities across multiple operating companies, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management.
• Ensure timely month-end close and accurate financial reporting for the region.
• Lead audits and coordinate internal/external audit requests.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and ERP optimization (Oracle).
• Mentor and develop a high-performing regional accounting team.
