Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, Inc., seeks a Regional Account Manager to cover the Owings Mills, Columbia, Bel Air, Towson, and Frederick markets in Maryland. This field-based role focuses on building long-term relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers while traveling regionally up to 80%.

You will work with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to align business plans with marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2–3 years of full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information.
• Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
• Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans aligned with marketing strategies.
• Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the full sales cycle to exceed territory goals.
• Provide territory analysis updates on strengths, weaknesses, and market trends for strategic development.
• Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail.
• Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct.
