Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to drive adoption of neurology and Fabry disease products across hospitals and clinics in the assigned territory.

You will achieve targets, implement marketing strategies, and build partnerships with physicians and healthcare staff while navigating access and reimbursement challenges within a matrix organization. Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare sales.
• 3+ years in rare disease/orphan drugs with territorial growth.
• Experience selling to clinics, hospitals and academic centers.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management; multi-project prioritization.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Implement marketing strategies to meet sales and patient objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Patient Services, Marketing, Medical Affairs).
• Develop partnerships with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Identify treatment centers and facilities; tailor consultative sales approaches.
• Address access and reimbursement issues; travel across territory.
