Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in rare disease or highly specialized sales with high-cost products.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and territory growth.
• Experience selling in specialized clinics, hospitals, and academic centers.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management; travel readiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets in a compliant manner and contribute to metabolism unit success.
• Implement marketing strategies to meet sales and patient objectives for neurology and Fabry products.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Patient Services, Marketing, Managed Markets, and Medical Affairs.
• Develop partnerships with targeted physicians and healthcare staff to meet needs.
• Identify treatment centers and collaborate to optimize patient care.
• Build relationships with patient advocacy groups.
• Use consultative, solution-oriented sales approaches for healthcare professionals.
• Address product access and reimbursement issues.
• Cultivate relationships with thought leaders in neurology and Fabry disease.
