Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager (PNH) for Louisville, KY. The RAM will drive growth in PNH portfolio within academic centers, hospital systems, and infusion centers, focusing on hematology and related specialties.

You will build account plans, educate clinicians, and collaborate with internal teams to execute local promotions while maintaining professional relationships and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales in Institutions and hospital systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory.
• Develop account-specific business plans reflecting local market forces.
• Maintain clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge across products.
• Educate clinicians on disease states, testing, and treatment options.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead local promotional activities and programs for therapeutic areas.
• Deliver high-quality product expertise and customer service.
• Track activities and submit reports accurately and on time.
