Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Regional Manager to grow revenues in California by achieving sales objectives with regional and national distributors, and by driving demand for Window and Graphic Films at the converter level.

The role requires 60-70% travel and residence in California. You will develop strategies, manage channel partners, and provide product recommendations, pricing, and service information to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of sales or related experience.
• Excellent negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills.
• Strong ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Experience negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and Google G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and achieve revenue objectives in the assigned California territory.
• Manage a distributor channel with emphasis on channel excellence.
• Provide direction to ensure organizational excellence and drive demand for products with converters.
• Develop value propositions and communicate needs to the organization for effective execution.
• Conduct territory analysis to allocate time to accounts and customers.
