Job summary

The Account Executive role is regional and field-based with local travel across greater Cincinnati and regular in-office collaboration at our Hamilton, OH 45011 office. You will identify, qualify, and acquire new customers within a local market, targeting small to mid-sized organizations, using consultative selling to understand needs and present solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience in a local market.
• Experience with consultative selling and needs analysis.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new local customers.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers within the territory.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with implementation, sales support, and product teams to drive revenue growth.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to long-term account success.
